If you need to reschedule your appointment, you must contact us via text, email, or phone at least 24 hours in advance. We only allow appointments to be rescheduled once. Failure to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours and no shows will not be refunded.
We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no shows. No exceptions. All sales are final after booking an appointment. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
We reserve the right to use any content collected during sessions for promotional uses. We receive the right to post, print, and reproduce any photo taken for promotional purposes.
